প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience or Similar as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Site Development/Earth Filling Works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature , complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organisation of Bangladesh, each with a value of at least Tk. 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh ). (The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with 100% percent financial progress or at least equal/greater than Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen Lac Only) with successfully completed Work Completion Certificate) within last 05 (Five) Years[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lac Only) over the last 5 (five) years (Total 20.00x5=100,00.00 One Crore Only).(Only payment certificates are acceptable). 
5. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lac Only) BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (Form e-PW2A-8).
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 15,00,000.00 ( Fifteen Lac Only).
