প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must have the documents below and must not be debarred in any Govt organization.
1. All the tenderers must be registered with CPTU through e-GP Portal.
2. All individuals/ firms of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS), General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC).
 
Special Instruction:
1. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
2. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
3. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format (PW 2a-3) as line of credit attached in section 7 (General Specification). otherwise tenderer will be non responsive.
4. Payment will be made after getting fund.
