* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮০০,০০০ ~ ২,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Similar works completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 7.00 Lac under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5.00 Lac over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form e-PW2A-8 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
(e) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk. 9.00 Lac.
(f) The Tenderer have to up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of his own.
(g) Experience Certificate/Work certificate of working in KPI area.
