* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

13. Experience Criteria
13.1 Tenderers shall have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for the supplying of Goods under the Contract:
(a) a minimum number of years of general experience in the supply of Goods as specified in the TDS;
 
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
13.1 (b) specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over the period, as specified in TDS; and
 
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least single contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 575 (five hundred and seventy five) Lakh.
13.1 (c) a minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods as specified in the TDS.
 
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 
LED street light and 25 (twenty five) thousand supply and/or production capacity per year.
14. Financial Criteria
14.1 (b) availability of minimum financial resources in any form or combination of forms of liquid assets or credit line(s) or working capital, net of other contractual commitments of the amount as specified in the TDS.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 04 (Four crore)
