1.Tenderer Having Valid and up to date Trade License.
2. Valid and up to date Income Tax Certificate.
3. Valid and up to date VAT Registration Certificate
4. Bank Solvency Certificate or Credit Facility of Tk 30.00 Lac from concerned authority of Bangladesh.
5. Minimum 3 (three) Years Work Experience in related field.
6. At Least Tk. 7.00 Lac single work completion certificate in similar work within last 5 (five) years.
7. All procurement activities will be maintained by "the Public Procurement Rules 2025"
8. In under any unavoilable circumstances, the document selling, submission, receiving and opening are disturbed, the next working day will be applicable for the same respectively.
