* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed contractors or supplier firms who have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of general experience in indoor sports facility construction/installation (Completed/ongoing) works are eligible to apply for this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date ofpublication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Updated Trade License,Previous Trade license (if required) & NID along with the tender.
c) The experience certificate for successfully completed/ongoing similar assignments shall be issued by the contracting officer of aGovernment organization or Autonomous Organization, or by a Federation approved by the National Sports Council (NSC).
d) The tenderer shall submit relevant experience certificates of the last three consecutive years along with the tender.
e) Valid documents for ongoing sports facility construction/installation work must be submitted along with the tender.
f) The tenderer shall submit the brochure or catalogue of the specific proposed model, clearly mentioning the country of origin of the woodenfloor, along with detailed installation procedures, as part of the tender submission.
g) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the technical specification form ePG3-4.
h) Other eligibility criteria shall be imposed as per TDS and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
i) The Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender Proceedings.
