1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements
a) A minimum general construction experience of 03 (Three) years.
b) Specific experience of Similar work (Rigid Pavement) in a single contract of minimum value of Tk.65.00 Lac complete within last 10 years.
c) Minimum Tender Capacity Tk.70.00 Lakh only.
d) Minimum Average annual construction Turnover of Tk 100.00 Lakh for the last 5 years.
e) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 50.00 Lakh Only.
2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate more than 5% less or above than the official estimate then the tenderer has to Submit Rate Analysis.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system as per PPR-2025
2. Qualification information and evidences {such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc.} of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP.
