* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
As per tender document i.e. 
i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
ii) The satisfactory completion of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of at least one Grid Tied Solar PV System under a single contract having minimum capacity of 25 kWp in the last 10 (ten) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Contract value, Scope of Works and Certificate issue date shall be properly mentioned in the Certificate.
iii) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are:
Grid Tied Solar PV System of 150 % of total offered price supply and/or production capacity per year
iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk BDT 14,50,000.00
The tenderer shall submit a valid bank solvency certificate, issued by a scheduled bank, not older than 6 months from the date of submission. Additionally, the tenderer must provide audited financial statements for the last Two (2) years to verify financial performance.
