প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
13.1.a. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (Three) years (General Experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organizations). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
13.1.b. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk 70,000,00.00 (Seventy Lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. A satisfactory completion of similar type of supply experience under a single contract at any Government Organization shall be required as a form of work completion report/certificate. Supply of similar Goods means supply of Universal Testing Machine (UTM).
14.1.b. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) Only. Bank Statement as liquied asset shall not be allowed. Supporting necessary documents required any one or combination of the following: 1. Working capital: authenticated by recent past audit reorts. 2. Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account. 3. Credit line: authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the formate as specified in the Form e-PG3-8.
