প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of RCC construction or repair or similar nature of work successfully completed within the last 05 (live) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 440000 (Four Lac Fourty Thousand) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 445000 (Four lac fourty Five Thousand) over the last 05 (Five) financial years.
4. The mamum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 443000 (Four Lac fourty three Thousand) In case of credit facilities. Document submitted along with The tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per specified Form without any alteration uploaded in the BPPA website must be submitted.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 445000 (Four lac fourty Five Thousand) The Tenderer must submit list of ongoing works under any public sector as per specified Form uploaded in BPPA website
6. The tenderer must submit up-to-date valid i) income tax clearance certificate, i) trade license, ii) VAT registration certificate
7. Other eligibility conditions as per the tender schedule
