9. The bidder must have its own flour mill or have an agreement with another flour mill.
10. Must submit a certificate stating that you are not blacklisted.
11. The wheat milling shortage rate should be below 1.50% and the wheat milling shortage rate should be mentioned in the respective pad.
12. The milled flour should be supplied in hygienic 0.12 mm thick poly packs of 2 kg and 5 kg as per the requirement. The weight, date of production and expiry date should be clearly mentioned on the pack.
