প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer has to be eligible according to PPA-2006, PPR-2025 and other relevant laws of Bangladesh.
2. The tenderer must have valid trade license, VAT registration certificate, income tax certificate, documentary evidences of liquid assets from proper authority.
3. The tenderer must have to comply all conditions as stated in the TDS and PCC of the tender document.
4. The TEC or PE may reject a tender if it determines that the submission does not meet the eligibility and responsiveness requirements set out in the Rules and this Tender Document.
N.B Documents submitted by the tenderers shall undergo verification from the documents issuing authority. Tenderers are hereby notified that the Section No. 64 of the PPA-2006 and the Rule No. 149 of the PPR-2025 shall be applicable for production/submission of false/fabricated documents. All submitted documents shall be verified by TEC or PE.
