* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) year of general experience in building Construction and repair works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 17,50,000.00 (Seventeen Lakh and Fifty Thousand) only.(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
3. The required average annual construction turns over must be greater than Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lakh) only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
4. The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk.15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only. The proof of liquid asset must be submitted in PW2a-3 form or related document.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) Only.
6.The tenderer must submit upto date VAT, IT and Trade License, ABC Electarical Licence and up to date ABC supervisory Licence from Bangladesh Electric Licence Board.
7. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
8.If total Value of any tender is more than 20% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be automatically non-responsive.
