* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৫৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,৫৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৩,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years of Construction Works/Conservation Work.
(b). The minimum specific experience as Reputed Contractors /Construction firms in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of [repair works (preferable Conservation works)] successfully completed within the last 1 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30 Lakh.
(c). The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 35 Lakh over the last [03] financial years.
(d). The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 30 Lakh
(e). A conservator with 12–15 years of experience is required, having at least 10 years of similar work experience. The conservator’s CV must be submitted as proof.
(f). At least 10 skilled laborers with 10–15 years of experience are required, each having a minimum of 10 years of similar work experience. A list with their full addresses and phone numbers must be submitted as proof.
(g). The materials used in the conservation work will have to be lab tested. The cost of lab testing will have to be borne by the contractor.
(h) The Tenderers must submit with their Tender VAT registration certificate, an Up-to-date Trade License, and an Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provided by the Government of Bangladesh. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(i) The procuring entity has the right to receive or reject any part or all of the tender.
