1. The tenderer must have a valid trade license, income tax certificate, and VAT registration.
2. The tenderer must have the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnership certificate of the offered goods/solutions.
3. The tenderer must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of IT-related goods.
4. The tenderer shall have experience of at least two (2) successful completions of supply and implementation of similar goods/products within the last five (5) years.
5. The company/organization shall not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, Regulatory Authority, or private entity.
