All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit the prescribed tender providing their Trade license, VAT registration, Income tax payment certificate (with TIN), Bank solvency certificate & other documents as per TDS by fulfilling the following criteria:
1. Tenderer should have 5 (Five) years of General experiences of any works in any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization. (counting backward from the Publication date of IFT in e-GP).
2. Tenderer should fulfill the other criteria as per Tender Documents.
3.The Tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter.
4.PE may cancel the contract at any time within the contract period with prior notice
5.The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/al tender(s) without showing any reason.
