* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. The tenderer should have minimum 05 (Five) years experience in supply of related goods and services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 02(Two) contracts in last 03(Three) years with a value BDT 15,00,000/- (BDT Fifteen Lakh) in government/Semi government/Autonomous organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 16,00,000/- (BDT Sixteen Lakh Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
4. The tenderer also submit the following documents:
a. Trade license
b. ETIN Certificate
c. Vat registration certificate
d. Income Tax Certificate
e. Receipt of Income Tax Return Acknowledgment
f. Product Warranty and Originality certificate from Manufacture/Distributor.
g. All relevant brochures and catalogs where applicable.
*Failure to submit any document mentioned above shall cause the rejection of Tenderer.
