* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All the tenderers/firms must be registered with the CPTU through the e-GP portal.
All individuals/firms who fulfil the qualification criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS), except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by Banshkhali Paurashava or any other government organization.
Special Instruction:
The work may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of a work order with a decreased quantity of work.
The Tenderer will visit and examine the site at his own responsibility and expense and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and entering into a contract for performance of the works.
Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements will result in summary rejection of the tender.
Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format attached in Section 7 (General Specification).
Tender security must be payable through the e-GP system only, in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft/BG from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, in favour of the Assistant Engineer, Banshkhali Paurashava, Chattogram.
As the tender is invited, the work order will be issued only after getting clearance from the competent authority.
In case of any confusion, the last updated PPR will be followed.
The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders if any unavoidable situation occurs.
