প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (One) contract(s) of Construction successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,75,00,000/- (BDT one crore seventy-five lakh).
(d) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1,25,00,000/- (One crore Twenty-five lakh) over the last 5 financial years or best 5 years in the last 7 financial years.
(e) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 65,00,000/- (Taka Sixty-Five Lacs).
