প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All Tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
a. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [03] years.
2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.
a) A minimum general Works Supply of Goods, Projectors, Computers, Laptops, Scanners, and Laboratory Equipment. Other supply Works experience of 03 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar Goods(Projectors, Computers, Laptops, Scanners, and Laboratory Equipment) of at least [01] contract(s) completed within the last [05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [21.00 lac].
c) A minimum liquid asset of a Taka of 31,00,000.00 is required.
e) All other criteria stated in the TDS.
3. All Tenderers should submit the full name of their firm.
4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
6. Minimum Capacity will be Taka [31,00,000.00].
7. A tenderer must submit the VAT certificate, IT certificate, Trade License, NID, Bank Solvency Certificate, LC, general and specific similar experience certificates, technical specifications, and other required documents along with the tender documents. All documents submitted in the e-GP system must also be sent as printed hard copies to the Director, Planning, Development and Works, GSTU, Room No. 216, Admin Building, GSTU, within one (01) day of the tender opening.
8. Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all other works rights reserved by the University Authority (Showing reasons or without Showing reasons).
9. The original proprietor(1st Party) must execute this work.
