01. The Tenderer must have completion of Similar Nature of Work at least Tk. 17.00 lac under a single contract over a period of 20(twenty) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 18.00 lac over the best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) financial years.
03. Liquid asset should be tk. 10.00 lac and should sustain in his account for last 3-month before the tender publishment date. In case of submitting credit facility it should be collected on a date after tender publishing date against the work with tender ID with the same amount.
