Qualifying Criteria for data Connectivity
01.Joint venture consortium will not be accepted.
02.Bidder must have Up-to-date Nationwide ISP license from BTRC (Proof Needed)
03.Bidder must have at least 12 years of general experience in the supply, installation, commissioning of nationwide ISP service as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor from the date of publication of IFT (Proof Needed)
04.Bidder must have at least two (02) contracts of providing similar nature of work (Internet bandwidth/Data Connectivity/ internet WAN connectivity of value minimum TK. 6 Crore in last 03 years in any Government / semi government/ Autonomous organization / reputed private organization /Corporates (Proof Needed)
05. Bidder must have serving at least 10 (Ten) Government/semi government/Autonomous organization. (Proof Needed)
06. Bidder must have agreements with 03 (Three) NTTNS (Nationwide Tele communication transmission network). (Proof Needed)
07. Bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 60 crore and 3 years audited report. (Proof Needed)
08. Bidder must have membership of ISPAB, APNIC.
09. Must have Data Center and Data Recovery Center (DC & DR) of IIG connection, IPTSP License and ISPAB, BASIS certificate.
10. Must be POP location, POP address and Fiber connectivity path will be different from Secondary Connection.
11. If applicable write the intercity name (i.e GP, Robi Axiata, Banglalink etc.)
12.Bidder should mention the power source of POP.
