প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1).  Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate.
(2). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 13.00 Lakh only. Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
(3). A satisfactory completion certificate showing the Tenderer’s general experience in construction works for at least one (1) contract completed within the last five (5) years shall be required.
(4). A satisfactory completion certificate of construction works of at least Tk 12.00 Lakh only under [1] of contract over a period of [5] years shall be required. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(5). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12.00 Lakh only over the last [5] years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
