* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderers in the Lift supply & installation works as prime contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. (experience counting backward from the date of tender publication (IFT) in the newspaper).
b) Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, & commissioning of Lift of minimum value 212.30 Lakh Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./ autonomous/ private organization within last five years. (Counting backward from the date of tender publication (IFT) in the Newspaper). (Completion certificate and work order shall have to be enclosed) can participate in this tender.
c) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical), EED of concerned district.
d) Submitted valid manufacture authorization letter of proposed Lift.
e) Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender. [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lot, this qualification requirements, shall be mentioned separately for each lot in the package].
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 265.38 lakh, Credit line will be accepted
in the form PG3-8, certificate containing multiple Tender ID will be not acceptable and no bank statement will be entertained.
g) Up to date Trade License.
h) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (12-digit ).
i) VAT Registration Certificate.
