2) The color and quality of lentils (MUSUR DAL) should be appropriate as per the instructions of Police Headquarters. If the random sample of lentils submitted with the tender is collected and sent to an accredited laboratory for testing, all expenses in this regard will be borne by the tenderer. The lentils supplied by the committee will be accepted on the basis of the test report.

3) According to the instructions of the Police Headquarters, Lentil pulses (MUSUR DAL) should be packaged and supplied in high-quality transparent polybags of 3.5 kg, 4 kg and 5.5 kg, and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date should be clearly mentioned on the package.

4) As a general and special condition of the contract, lentils will be supplied as per the sample kept at Rangpur Police Ration Store. As per the work order, the required lentils will be transported to Rangpur Police Ration Store at their own expense and warehoused. The net quantity of lentils will be weighed and delivered without weighing the item. If lentils cannot be supplied as per the sample, legal action will be taken including confiscation.
