* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৮,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh who have general experience of Five (03) years and also fulfil the criteria mentioned as Per ITT, GCC TDS & PCC are eligible to participate in this Procurement Process.
2. Tenderer shall have a Valid trade license (up-to-date), Income Tax Clearance Certificate (2023-24), VAT Registration Certificate and NID card.
3. Up-to-date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
4. Supplier who has minimum specific experience in the supply of similar Goods/Products/Diesel Generator for at least in 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, Contract with a value of work order at least Tk 20,00,000.00 (Twenty lakh) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh (completion certificate and work order shall have to be enclosed) can participate in this tender.
5. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. credit facilities (in Form e-PG2-8) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 25.00 Lakh only.
6. Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand of generator.
7. Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed brand of generator.
8. Payment will be made as per availability of the fund but the whole work shall have to be completed within the stipulated time.
9. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006, PPR-2025 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regard will be entertained. The Procuring Entity shall reserve the right to change or modify or cancel in this tender.
