প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderers must follow the PPA,2006 and PPR-2025 rules ®ulations.
b. The following documents are to be submitted/uploaded; as per the standrad document (STD)
(I) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be One (01) year.Year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System./News paper .
(II) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least one 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk.150000.00 (One lakh Fifty Thousand ) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.[The Tenderer will submit the copy of work order/Contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP System ]
(III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the tendered shall be Tk. 240000.00 (Two lakh Forty Thousand ) .
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with e-TIN .
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if the bidder is a supplier) [When applicable]
(vIII) Certificate of incorporation ( In case of limited company)
