* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৬৭০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1). Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip of Assessment Year (AY)(2023-2024/2024-2025) that proof the taxation clearance, Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate.
(2). Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (6.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format (Form PG2-5,) Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
(3). Tenderers must have general experience certificate in supply of goods at least in 01(one) contract successfully completed in a single work order within last 05 (Five) years amounting of Tk. (4.00 lakh ) Only.
