প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electro-mechanical works shall be 05 years.
2) The minimum specific experience in similar works of at least 01 contract successfully completed within last the 05 years with a value of at least Tk.12.00 Lac. The above experience/work completion certificate in a prescribed Form A (attached herewith) shall have to be submitted as follows:
3) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover Tk. 12.00 Lac within the last 05 years
4) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset Tk. 12.00 Lac.
5) The Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractor &
6) Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board,
7) up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN,
8) VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR and
9) up to date valid Trade License.
10) Installation experience of the existing lift brand is required
