The supplier shall provide 12 months after sales service and standard warranty period for various parts as mentioned by the manufacturer must be included.
The tenderer shall not be required to deposit any tender security or performance security, The Procuring Entity shall deduct from the final payment due to the Supplier at the rate of five (5) percent of the invoice amount as Retention Money under the Contract.
