* Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the Asphalt Batching Plant.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.21 (Twenty one) Lac only.
