প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (three) years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
2. Specific Experience: Satisfactory completion of one contract of "RCC Retaining Wall / Boundary Wall / Building Construction works" at least Tk 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore) only as a prime contractor/subcontractor in last 6 (six) years shall be required under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). In case of Subcontractor, completion certificate of "RCC Retaining Wall / Boundary Wall / Building Construction works" shall be from end user.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk 2,60,00,000.00 (Taka Two Crore Sixty Lac) of best 3 (three) years in the last 6 (Six) financial years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,10,00,000.00 (One Crore Ten Lac).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 3,00,00,000.00 (Taka Three Crore) only.
