প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Must have a current ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from the Electrical Licensing Board.
b. Must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in installing electrical equipment.
c. As Specific Experience, a certificate of experience in constructing a 400 KVA electrical substation worth at least 90.00 lakh taka within the last 5 years must be submitted.
d. The Authorization Letter from the Transformer Manufacturer must be submitted along with the tender.
e. A Type Test Certificate (Within Last 5 Years from IFT) issued by an Internationally Accredited Independent Laboratory (IEC Standards) for a minimum of 500 KVA transformer must be submitted with the tender.
f. The required average annual construction/Goods turnover shall be greater than Tk. 128.00 lakhs over the last 05 (five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
g. The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tendered shall be BDT 62.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer shall instruct to the conceded bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
h. Satisfying All other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
