প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five) years.
(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) number of similar contracts successfully completed during last 5 (five) years.
(b) Similar nature of work means completion of minimum 02 inch or above Diameter, minimum 05 psig or above Pressure Gas Pipeline related works valued at least Tk. 14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate. Private Works will not be considered.
2. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Average annual Construction turnover i.e., total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector shall only be considered.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e., working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation.
4. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh.
5. The Tenderer must be submitted comprehensive and concise Environmental, Social, Health and Safety Management Strategies and Implementation Plans (ES-MSIP).
6. The Final Bill will be paid after receiving administrative approval and allocation from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
