* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works  as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of Deep Tube-Well Work as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor under public sector in a single work order in Bangladesh amounting not less than Tk 80 lakh within the last 5 years as per TDS.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover under public sector is Tk 150 Lakh over the best 3 years in the last 5 financial years which will be based on work completion certificates from public sector.
d) The required minimum liquid asset/credit facilities is Tk 50 lakh. The credit facility certificate must be submitted as per prescribed form e-PW2A-8.
e) The required tender capacity is Tk 80 Lakh.
f) Black listed/ debarred bidders from public sector will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date valid trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, valid ABC category Electrical contractors and supervisory license from electrical license board.
h) Manufacturer Authorization letter, ISO 9906:2012 & ISO 9001:2015 Standard Certificate and CE Cerificate/UL Enlistment for Submersible Pump Motor Set should be submitted.
i) ISO 9001 certificate, type test report from any STL member testing laboratory for similar or higher rating (voltage & capacity) Transformer should be submitted.
j)  Other required conditions and documents of the tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
k) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 & PPR-2025.
