* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,১০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1).  Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate.
(2). Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (20.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement  or credit facilities according to PPR format, Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
(3). Tenderers must have general experience certificate in supply of goods at least in 01(one) contract successfully completed in a single work order within last 05 (Five) years.

(5).  The shelf life of all products supplied must be at least 1 year from the date of supply where applicable.
