This Invitation for Tender is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 20 Lakh.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 24 Lakh. as per standard format.
5. Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e-BIN Certificate.

Attention: All other eligibility, special terms & conditions and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & ITT. And documents attached to Section-06 of this tender must be maintained & fulfilled.
