(1) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh of the tenderer shall be Tk. 90.00 Lakh only. In case of line of credit, it must be submitted at per prescribed format PW2b-3. In case of credit facilities, it must be sanctioned and sufficient amount must be unspent. In all cases of certificates, it must be collected from Bank after publication of Tender with properly signed by the authorized person of the bank.
(2) Tenderer can win maximum 1 (One) nos of Tender in the same Tender Notice.
