প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up To Date Trade license.
2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and income tax paid slip or certificate.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID.
5.The bidder must submit the manufacturer’s authorization certificate in favor of the principal and their agent along with the offer
6.Detailed technical specification with brand and model name and country of origin must be mentioned by the bidder.
7.Required material/Parts must be exact replacement ( without any modification) by the bidder in case of equivalent. Electrically & dimensionally must be same exact replaceabe.
8.Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually again tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered.
9. .Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank .
10. It’s a Lot Tender of multi items. The Bidder must be careful for quoting against every single item. The quoting price should be as per market value. If it is found any abnormal price submitted by Bidder against official cost estimate for any item, the purchaser reserves the right to cancel the tender. In this case, total lowest price will not be entertained.
11. Partially supply and partial payment shall not be allowed.
12. Minimum 01 (one) years of warranty certificate must be provided along with supply the goods.10% taka of Total value will be deducted for One year warranty period from the date confirmation of quality certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules
13.Goods delivery confirmation Certificate from Manufacturer/ Authorized Distributor must be supplied at the time of material delivery.
