প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in supplying goods and related services as a supplier.
2. The bidder must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Letter and a certificate of assurance for the supply of spare parts for the next 5 years.
3. The Tenderer must hold ISO 9001:2015 certification.
4. The Tenderer must have specific experience in supplying similar ICT goods under at least one (1) contract, with a value of no less than 20,00000 BDT. This contract must have been completed within the last 5 (five) years for any Government, Semi-Government, autonomous body, or private organization.
5. The Tenderer must submit the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Warranty Certificate along with the offer.
6. The company of the product must be nationally/internationally recognized and have a position within the top five (5) brands in Gartner’s recent report.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 22 lac.
6. The Tenderer must submit the following documents: i. Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate ii. Valid VAT Registration Certificate iii. Updated Trade License.
