প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Building/construction works.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11.00 Lacs.
iii)The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk [10] Lac over the last [05] financial years. Only Payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [7.00 lac]  as per form PW2A-8.
v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 11.40 Lac.
vi) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
