প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of School Building construction works successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,000.00 (TK Ten Lacs Only) .
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 23,00,000.00 (TK Twenty Three Lacs Only) over the last 5 years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4,50,000.00 (TK Four Lacs Fifty Thousand Only).
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 11,00,000.00 (TK Eleven Lacs Only).
6.The required Technical Proposal shall include the following additional information:
a. Method of Statement.
b. Schedule of Works.
c.Unit Rate Cost Analysis if the quoted Price is 10 percent high or less than the Official Estimated Cost.
7. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2023-2024.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents as a proof of fulfilling taxation obligations:
i. TIN certificate;
ii. Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS; and
iii. Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.
