7. Original Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship/Distributorship Certificate
8. Signatory authorization letter with NID of authorized person
9. Tenderer will have to submit one sample of all items According to offered Brand, Make, Model, Country of Origin and Specification which are mentioned in the Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specification part by Tenderer within 04 (Four) Working days of Tender Opening. And the Quality of Supplied sample will be considered in the Tender Evaluation. If any Tenderer does not submit the sample by the mentioned time, respective Tenderer may consider non-responsive.
