কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in the construction of works.
b)Having minimum experience in Completion of Similar Nature (High Rise Building i.e.Greater than 33 Meter Height Construction with Pile Foundation and Semi Basement works) of Works; Tk. 15,00,00,000.00 (Fifteen Crore Taka) in a single contract in Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization of Bangladeshduring last 5 (five) years. Years count backward from the date of publicationof IFT in thenewspaper.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover during best three (3) financial years in the last five (5) financial years of Tk. 15,00,00,000.00 (Fifteen Crore Taka) Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under Govt./ Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
(d) Working Capital or Liquid Asset or A revolving Line of credit provided by the Bank in case of awarded the contract for execution of the work for an amount at least Tk. 10,00,00,000.00 (Ten Crore Taka), for the sole purpose of the execution of the specified contract and Working Capital or Liquid Asset or A revolving Line of credit provided by the Bank will be maintained by the bank untill issuance of "Taking - Over Certificate" by the Procuring Entity. 
(e) In case a Tenderer appears as debarred in the e-GP system due to debarment by any Procuring Entity, and fails to submit supporting documents showing that the debarment has been reviewed and resolved in his favour by the Debarment Review Board of BPPA and duly circulated to all concerned as per regulations, the Tender shall be treated as Preliminary non-responsive.
