প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer should have up to date and valid trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate .
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The Tenderer must have supplied minimum 01 (one) similar web based software per year during the last 03 (three) years.
4. Tenderer must have minimum 01 (one) contract of supply of similar web based software of minimum Tk 8.0 (Eight) Lakh within last 05 (five) years with successfully completion certificates.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line, net of other contractual commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk 13.0 (Thirteen) Lakh with any government schedule Bank.
