This Invitation for Tender is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer/Supplier to Manufacture Wooden and Steel Furniture Works/Goods shall be a minimum of 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods(Wooden & Steel Furniture) of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 135 Lakh. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 160 Lakh. as per standard format.
4. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 1500 Nos per year [Sofa, Chair, Cabinet/Bookshelf, Table or Similar product] during the last 03 (Three) years.
5. Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e-BIN Certificate.

Attention: All other eligibility, special terms & conditions and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & ITT. And documents attached to Section-06 of this tender must be maintained & fulfilled.
