Tenderers shall have the
• Legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law
• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 3 (three) years.
• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 5,00,000 (In words: Five Lac).
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7,00,000 (In words: Seven Lac).
