* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৬০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১২০,০০০ ~ ৩৬০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years general experience in supply of goods specially Furniture, Office Equipment, Engineering & Other Equipment, Computer accessories, Technical Raw Materials & spare Parts& Teaching and Learning Materials in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
2) Who have minimum specific experience as suppliers in supply of Cleaning Materials at least in 01(one) contract successfully complete in a single work order within last 02 (Two) years amounting of Tk 1.00 lakh in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh
3) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets Tk 2.00 lakh for supporting by the bank as a Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit or Bank statement for at least 01month as per Audit report.
4) Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iii) Up to date TIN certificate iv) NID card.
5) The Bidder must be needed to specify the Brand, Model, Country Origin etc. Correctly and specifically. Not to specify like `` as per schedule/TDS'' Otherwise the Tender will be considered as Technically Non- Responsive.
6) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
