a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as a contractor in Civil construction works (Renovation, Maintenance and new construction) or similar works shall be 05 (Five) years, years shall be counted backward from the date of publication of Tender Notice (IFT).
(b) As the specific experience as a Contractor in Civil works renovation or maintenance or new construction works the contractor shall have to successfully complete at least 02 (Two) contract(s) of similar nature of civil works within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 3.50 (Three point five) Lac along with Performance Certificate of those satisfactorily completed works from the date of publishing the tender notice from any Government or Semi-government or autonomous organization of Bangladesh. Completion certificates shall be authenticated by the relevant procuring entity (ies)"
c) Up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT registration certificates & Up-to-date income tax certificate.
