* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. [a minimum of one (1) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]
(2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five)] years, with a value of at least Tk.937000/-Taka .[the minimum number of contracts will depend upon the size and type of supply of goods, and the Procuring Entity should make its own judgement based upon its experience in the supply sector. For example, it could be a single contract of similar nature during the last three (3) or five (5) years or more wider timeframe subject to nature or frequency of supply (The Tenderer will submit the copy of work order/contract deed along with the experience certificate) ; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.]
(3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or (Form PG2-7) Certificate must be issued between in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be is Tk 1137000/- Taka. publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.
(4) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(5) TIN certificate; Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2024-2025 or 2025-2026 year];
(6) Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS; and
(7) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate/Business Identification Number
